We had a wonderful Christmas. It went by so fast. The most enjoyable part is seeing how the girls enjoy it. Well Kelsey mostly, Leah just liked grabbing everything and chewing it.
I got Cam a big toolbox for the garage, and he got me a new set of dishes which I love. He tricked me a little bit. The first 2 big boxes I opened were completely empty. The third box clearly had dishes in it because I could hear them. When I opened it, it was all my old dishes!
Then he brought up the real boxes. It was fun.
Christmas Eve was at Margo's house. We got to go on a wagon ride. It was a little chilly but Leah mananged to fall asleep for it.
Christmas Day was at my parents. It was nice. We played Sequence in the evening.
Boxing Day was my birthday, and we had Cam's family over for dinner. It was really laidback. Nobody wanted another turkey dinner so we ordered in pizza. We had fun. Cam and I did some boxing day shopping. We bought the new "Here and Now Monopoly" on sale.
On Saturday Cam and I finally bought a new table. It should be delivered today. It is a dark walnut colour.
For New Years Eve we went to Brad and Becky's for chocolate fondue.
Cam is really seriously looking for a drum set now. If anyone hears of a good deal let us know please!
I really need to be careful of what I say around Kelsey...she just walked up to me with a package of hair clips (she couldn't get them out) and she said "This is stupid, mom".
