We're going camping!

This is our first camping trip of the year, and the first time we've used the tent trailer! I'm really excited. Should be fun. Kelsey is really looking forward to it--she's been playing in the trailer all week having tea parties, and playing house. She loves it and can't wait to sleep in there.
We're going to Dinosaur Lake with Cam's family for my niece's birthday.

My garden is doing really well. The rain this week has helped greatly. I'm thinking I may have planted too many cucumbers and zucchini in my small garden and I'm a bit concerned that they're going to take over all the space!

I had a Pampered Chef party here this week. I managed to get some really great discounts and free stuff so I can't wait for the shipment to arrive!

Cam's been getting lots of stuff done around the house on the weekends. He and Jay picked out a bunch of huge flat rocks from a nearby rock quarry and Cam made a nice rock path beside our house that goes to our renter's door. We still have to fill it with sand. He also started siding the garage finally! It's over half done now.

Cam is really excited that ArcTech is entering a car in the crash-up derby in Taylor on Fathers Day. They needed a driver and guess who volunteered? Yup, that should be fun. We had to buy a harness and a neck brace for him.

I've been a little down because of my running lately. I feel like I hit a wall at 12km...I can't get past it yet. I'm dreading just pushing myself to go further. Running in the heat is so hard too. I can't even imagine how my dad and bros ran while they were in Florida! I've ordered a new pair of Salomon shoes so I'm sure once I get them in I'll be excited to go for a super duper long long run. I hope. :)

Aren't they nice? Cam is jealous of the 4 shocks on the heel :)

Not a runner here....but I sure admire that you are. Have fun camping. It's tough to do with little ones....but bring a martini shaker and it's all good.
