I love September

I don't know where the summer went but it doesn't matter at the moment because I love September. It is just so beautiful here with all the changing colours, which is one of the reasons Cam & I got married in the fall. It's pretty chilly though.
I've been quite busy the last few weeks. Two weeks ago I had to take a couple days off of work because something was wrong with Kelsey. She was drooling like crazy, EXTREMELY fussy, didn't sleep through the night, didn't eat, didn't drink...figured out she was cutting an eye-tooth. I had no idea teething could get so miserable. It lasted for about 3 days, and her gums were bleeding--not where the new tooth was, everywhere! Maybe I should have got that checked out but, she's better now. She still doesn't want a toothbrush anywhere near her mouth though. Cam and I have now resorted to holding her down while he pinches her nose and she is forced to open her mouth. Sounds awful doesn't it, but it's actually funny.
Cam went elk hunting last weekend with his brother Jay and brother-in-law Cody. They had a good time, but didn't see any elk. I saw last weekend as an opportunity to go to Grande Prairie with my mom and Kelsey. We left on Friday after work and spent the night. We thought it would be fun to take Kelsey swimming at the inn, but the pool was kind of cold (she kept saying "Owww), and the hot tub was far too hot. Mom and I had a good time shopping though on Saturday. Both of us bought some new clothes.
Back to work this week. I am working some full days because one of the girls is gone for awhile. I don't mind, I like the extra cash. It's our anniversary on Wednesday. No plans...probably just go for dinner. I'll keep you posted.

Hey Bon, just thought I'd let you know. I have to hold Hayley down as well to brush her teeth. On our way to edmonton there was a Lady Dentist the 'Focus on the Family' and she said that's what she had to do with her kids, and recomends it. Due to the fact, when they get older and have to go to the dentist, then they are used to people checking out their teeth. Also to avoid tooth decay, gum disease etc. I hope you had a good anniversary!
